In order to further enhance communication efficiency and service quality, and to standardize our business communication channels, from 15th September 2025, the legal entities under Watts Water Technologies in China, including Watts (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd., Watts Water Equipment Manufacturing (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., and Watts (Ningbo) International Logistics Co., Ltd., (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company") will officially launches the Enterprise WeChat (WeCom) as the primary instant messaging platform for daily business communications, commercial negotiations, project follow-ups and etc as of [Date] (the “Start Date”). To ensure information security and consistent management, personal WeChat accounts will no longer be used as the official communication channels. Please note that formal channels such as email will remain in use for official correspondence and documentation.
From the Start Date, the accounts of our employees will display the Company’s certification mark with their full names. Please make sure to identify and communicate only with the officially verified Enterprise WeCom accounts of WATTS. Be cautious of unofficial or impersonated accounts to avoid potential data breaches or miscommunication. All and any communication through personal WeChat will not be deemed as the authorized and official communication between the Company and you. The company will not be liable for any corresponding responsibilities and losses arising therefrom.
